Terms and Conditions (T&C)

for orders placed via www.sablecase.com

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed via www.sablecase.com.

By submitting an order, you agree to these T&C.

We will save the terms of the contract and send you the order details via email.

Contracts are concluded in German.

By completing your order, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the items contained in your shopping cart.

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.

The purchase contract is not concluded until we confirm your order or ship the goods.

2. Delivery

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

Delivery time is usually 4–10 business days.

In exceptional cases (e.g., seasonal sales peaks or unforeseeable logistical events), the delivery time may be extended.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

3. Shipping

Sablecase works with carefully selected international logistics and shipping partners.

Depending on the product and inventory levels, shipments are dispatched from one of our international warehouse locations.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights. Sharpella GmbH remains your point of contact at all times.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in the local currency displayed on the website.

Unless statutory value-added tax is shown, the sale is made without Swiss value-added tax.

6. Products

We strive to present all product descriptions, size information, and images as accurately as possible.

Color variations due to differences in screen displays cannot be ruled out.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

This is subject to the following conditions:

the merchandise is in its original condition,
it is unworn and unused,
all tags are attached,
the original packaging is included.

Before returning any items, you must contact us via email at info@sablecase.com.

After the return has been inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days in the form of store credit.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will, of course, cover all return shipping costs.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions under applicable law apply.

The following, in particular, are excluded from the warranty:

normal wear and tear
damage caused by improper use
Damage caused by improper care
Intentional damage
Modifications to the product

9. Liability

We are liable within the scope of statutory provisions.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory liability provisions.

10. Data Protection

Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
