During peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseeable logistical events, delivery times may be extended in exceptional cases.

Shipping

Our orders are processed through international logistics and shipping partners. Depending on the product and inventory availability, orders are shipped from one of our international warehouse locations to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

Important Notes

• In-person pickup is not available.
• In-store returns are not accepted.
• Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped.
